Please advise us if you think you may be pregnant during your stay.

If you are on any form of medication or if you have a medical condition, you should seek advice from your doctor as to whether a stay at PURE Retreats is suitable. We recommend you ask your doctor to view our web site before booking.

With all forms of exercise it is advisable to consult a doctor prior to starting.

You are fully responsible for your own health during your stay with us including participation in any exercise, yoga classes or treatments.

The use of recreational drugs is not permitted at PURE Retreats and guests would be asked to leave and forfeit their stay with no refund.

Guests are free to come and go as they please at the retreat. However, there is often a schedule of treatments, therapies, workshops and consultations planned during the daytime. Guests who leave PURE Retreats during the day will forfeit these activities as they will not be rescheduled for the evening.

We are not qualified to deal with any mental illness or severe depression. Please contact us prior to booking if you suffer from any mental health issues.

It is the responsibility of the guest to advise a member of the team at PURE Retreats of any changes to their health or ability to exercise during their stay, especially prior to a yoga lesson or other form of exercise.

The yoga teacher can accept no liability for personal injury related to participation in a lesson if: your doctor has on health grounds advised you against such exercise or you fail to observe instructions on safety or technique.

Please also note that yoga lessons may involve ‘hands on’ tactile correction and if you are not comfortable with this you must advise the teacher prior to commencing the class.

Should you leave the retreat early for any reason no refund will be provided.

We offer no cures - we treat and heal no one. We simply share information, developed by Dr. Ann Wigmore and other leaders in this field, about how a Raw Living Foods Diet, detoxification and a healthy lifestyle can benefit everyone.

The law in the United Kingdom states that only qualified doctors may diagnose, treat and cure any ailment or disease. PURE Retreats aims to inform and educate clients only. Any information given should not in any way be used as a substitute for the advice of a physician or other licensed health care practitioner.

The educational programme offered at PURE Retreats does not claim to diagnose, treat, prescribe, overcome or cure any disease or ailment.

Those clients with severe chronic illness must seek advice from a qualified health professional or GP.

It is beyond the scope of PURE Retreats to provide care or advice for any specific illness, symptom, or condition.

Instead, the aim of PURE Retreats is to educate you in key aspects of overall health creation, and in particular the concepts of healthful living.

We offer a variety of treatments and services as part of our health, weight loss, detox and juice fasting retreats. Each individual who visits us is different, whether it be in weight, height, age, gender, medical background or simply in their purpose for attending our retreat. As such, it’s important to be aware of the following.
